This Policy applies to the Alem TV mobile app on Android and iOS and explains the complete lifecycle of user data.

This Policy describes how information is processed when you use Alem TV. By continuing to use the app, you acknowledge that you have read this document. If you disagree with its terms, please stop using the service.
Data we collect
The data depends on the features you use. We may collect:
- ✓Profile details such as your name, phone number or email when you create an account.
- ✓Watch history, favorites, language and playback preferences.
- ✓Device model, operating system version, IP address, app identifiers and crash reports.
- ✓Messages and details you provide when contacting support.
We do not access contacts, photos, microphone or precise location without a separate notice and your permission.
How we use data
Information helps us provide content, remember preferences and resume playback. We also use it to secure accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, improve the service and respond to support requests.
Processing is based on performing our agreement with you, your consent, Alem TV's legitimate interests or applicable legal obligations.
Who receives data
We do not sell personal data. Trusted cloud, analytics, content delivery and support providers may receive limited access solely to perform services for Alem TV and under confidentiality obligations.
Information may also be disclosed in response to a lawful authority request or when necessary to protect users and our rights.

Alem TV is not intended for independent use by children under 13 or the minimum age set by local law. We do not knowingly collect their data without verified consent from a parent or guardian.

We may update this document when the app, laws or our processing practices change. The current version will always be available on this page with a revised update date.
We will provide advance notice of material changes in the app or through another available channel.
Google Play and App Store
App stores independently process certain installation, purchase, diagnostics and device information under their own privacy policies.
Payment information is handled by the store or payment provider. Alem TV does not receive your complete bank card number.
